We accept eligible return requests within 30 days after delivery. Contact us before sending back any item.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging when applicable, and in resellable condition. Items used, damaged by the customer, missing parts, or returned without approval may not qualify for a refund.
How to Request a Return
Email Lye2na30@163.com with your order number, product name, reason for return, and clear photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Do not send items back before receiving return instructions.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 7 days after delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging and shipping label. After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.
Return Shipping
For returns caused by customer preference, wrong size, wrong item selected, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For confirmed defective, damaged or incorrect items, we may provide a replacement, refund or return instructions depending on the situation.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider and may take several business days after approval.

If you need a different option or replacement, contact us first. Exchanges depend on inventory availability and product condition.
Non-Returnable Situations
- Items damaged by misuse, improper handling or normal wear and tear.
- Items without original packaging or missing parts when those are required for resale.
- Return requests made after 30 days from delivery.
- Packages returned without prior approval.
