Return & Refund Policy<\/h1>\n

Order cancellation<\/h2>\n

You may request cancellation within 24 hours after placing an order. We normally process orders within 1-3 business days. If your cancellation request is received before the order has shipped and within the 24-hour cancellation period, the order can be cancelled and refunded. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process below.<\/p>\n

Return window and eligibility<\/h2>\n

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days after confirmed delivery. The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and labels. A receipt or order number is required.<\/p>\n

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened personal-care, intimate, sanitary, or consumable products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customized products, gift cards, and final-sale items are not returnable unless required by applicable law.<\/p>\n

How to request a return<\/h2>\n

  1. Email support@sefsdggd.com<\/a> with your order number and reason for return.<\/li>\n
  2. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, include clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.<\/li>\n
  3. Wait for return authorization and the correct return address before sending anything. Returns sent without authorization may be delayed or refused.<\/li>\n
  4. Use a trackable shipping service and retain the shipping receipt until the return is completed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Return shipping fees<\/h2>\n

    If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the return shipping fee. The specific fee is based on the express company selected by the consumer.<\/p>\n

    If the return is due to our error, including goods received damaged or not as ordered, the consumer is not required to bear the return shipping fee for that reason.<\/p>\n

    Inspection and refunds<\/h2>\n

    After the return is delivered, we normally inspect it within 3-5 business days. If approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Most financial institutions post approved refunds within 5-10 business days, although the exact posting time is controlled by the payment provider and card issuer.<\/p>\n

    Original shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, customs charges, and return shipping paid by the customer are non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error or applicable law requires otherwise.<\/p>\n

    Late or missing refunds<\/h2>\n
